BKFC creates ”King Of Violence” belt for Perry vs. Alvarez fight

The massive bare-knuckle fight between BKFC’s leading star Mike Perry and former UFC and Bellator world champion Eddie ”The Underground King” Alvarez just got even more interesting.

The winner will leave the ring with the inaugural ”King of Violence” title, a belt that the promotion created for the fight that takes place at 175 pounds. Combat sports journalist Ariel Helwai was first to announce the news.

The fight card is also set to feature former UFC fighters Todd Duffee, Bec Rawlings and Ben Rothwell.

Perry vs Alvarez takes place in December

Undefeated in the promotion with three straight wins, Perry has become the brightest name in bare knuckle fighting after his departure from UFC back in 2021.

After defeating Julian Lane and Bellator star Michael ”Venom” Page,  Mike Perry stopped former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold by second-round TKO in April.

Alvarez defeated Chad Mendes in his highly entertaining BKFC debut earlier this year.

The 39-year-old American MMA fighter defeated RDA to win the UFC title with a Performance of the Night-winning KO back in 2016. Just months later he lost the strap to Conor McGregor in his first title defense.
