FCR 12: Martin Corney defeats Anton Hellström in the very first round

Martin Corney just took home his second MMA victory by defeating Anton Hellström at Fight Club Rush 12.

Corney took down the former 3-time Swedish boxing champion early, and got the submission victory by rear-naked choke just a couple of minutes inside the very first round.

The first round started with a takedown for Corney. Hellström worked hard to get up but Corney was able to quickly finish the fight via a rear-naked-choke.

“I’m not too bothered ,” Corney said in the post fight interview. “He is a boxer so of course I wanted to grapple.”

“It feels fucking awesome,” Corney continued.
