Jonny Touma submitted Safiullah Husseini in the FCR 13 co-main event

We just saw Jonny Touma and Safiullah Husseini clash in the catchweight co-main event of Fight Club Rush 13.

The first round started with good striking from both parts. Midway through the round both landed good kicks. However, Touma was able to take his opponent down and tried to submit him from the back.

With just ten seconds left of the round, the referee stopped the fight and Touma was declared the winner by submission via a tight rear-naked-choke.

After the fight, the winner had a messege to Zoran Milic, who he was supposed to face at FCR 13.

”Show up next time,” Touma declared in the post-fight interview.
