We just saw former UFC fighter Andreas Ståhl take on Paulo Eduardo Goncalves Silva on Superior Challenge 24 at Annexet in Stockholm, Sweden.
It was Paulo Eduardo Goncalves Silva who won the contest via submission in the second round, thereby defeating the Swedish favorite.

The first round started at a high pace, but soon ended up in a clinch. Both fighters had success on the feet and in the last minute Ståhl secured a good takedown. In the beginning of round two Ståhl secured top position and controlled the rest of the round.
Round three had barely started when the Brazilian caught Andreas Ståhl in a guillotine.
“Thank you Stockholm, I have to come here more,” Gonzales Silva said during the post fight interview. “He was stronger than me, but jiu jitsu saved me.”
