Heading into FCR 17 Ali Yazbeck held a two fight winning streak whereas Kevin Osorio made his long-awaited return after a blowout of a victory in his pro debut four years prior.

The two evenly matched fighters fought a violent chess game, where the slightest misstep could result in defeat. Osorio was bloodied up early on but soldiered through with intensity, while the all round Yazbeck methodically changed things, excelling both on the feet and on the canvas.
