UFC Fight Night 242 finally gets a main event.
On June 15, undefeated flyweight Tatsuro Taira will take on former title challenger Alex Perez in a five-round bout. Taira could quite possibly be the next big MMA star from Japan and sports a flawless 15-0 record, with five wins in the UFC. He joined the promotion in 2022.
Perez is coming off a second-round knockout win against Matheus Nicolau in April.
Josefine Knutsson returns to action
Swedish strawweight sensation Josefine ”Thunder” Knutsson will make her second appearance in the octagon as she takes on Julia Polastri.
Knutsson comes from an impressive debut in September last year when she defeated Marnic Mann with a dominant performance. Check out the current UFC Fight Night 242 card below!
