Swedish striking sensation Samuel Bark just defeated Manny Akpan at the prelims of Cage Warriors 146.
In the beginning of the first round, Akpan took the fight to the ground, but Bark defended well. The Swede then went for a takedown of his own and finished the round in dominant fashion.
In the second round, Akpan swung wild and was able to get a takedown. However, Bark came back strong and landed a big knee to the head of his opponent and was able to finish him with relentless ground and pound.
Second-round TKO vicotory for Samuel “Sammon Decker” Bark, who’s still undefeated in the promotion with two straight wins.
Samuel Bark is 6-1 as a MMA pro
With the massive win, The Swede moves to 6-1 as a professional MMA fighter. While he’s still quite new to the sport, “Sammon Decker” had a long professional career in Muay Thai where he won multiple international titles before stepping into the cage.
Now, with the win against Akpan he took another big step in his career and is becoming a force to be reckoned with in the stacked Cage Warriors featherweight division.
