Swedish-Norwegian UFC fighter Jack “The Joker” Hermansson is once against getting ready to headline a card.

This time, the No. 10 ranked middleweight is slated to square off against rising American Brendan Allen, who’s currently ranked at No. 12 in the division. The bout will serve as the main event at a UFC Fight Night event on June 3, according to ESPN, with a venue yet to be announced.

There are some indications pointing towards Sweden as a UFC destination for June 3, although that’s rather speculative at the moment and too early to say for sure.

Jack Hermansson has been alternating wins and losses

Jack Hermansson is coming oss a TKO loss to Roman Dolidze, as he was trapped in a sneaky calf-slicer and subsequently finished by ground and pound after having won the first round. In the fight before that, Hermansson defeated Chris Curtis by unanimous decision.

“The Joker” has been alternating wins and losses the last few years as he’s been competing among the top ranked middleweights in the world.

Now, he’ll have to defend his place in the top 10 rankings as Brendan Allen will try to use Hermansson as a stepping stone. Allen, nicknamed “All In”, is currently riding a four-fight win streak, most recently submitting Andre Muniz with a rear-naked choke.
