The former UFC heavyweight champion and PFL fighter Francis Ngannou will fight former two-time heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua in a high-profile boxing bout on March 8.
In connection to a press conference to promote his upcoming fight, “The Predator” ensured that he still will return to MMA.
However, if he could choose between a superfight with UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones or facing Tyson Fury in a boxing rematch, he would go for boxing.
“Rematch against Fury, because I have a taste of unfinished business,” Ngannou told DAZN. “I wasn’t mad after the decision, but I still have this feeling of injustice. When you feel something wasn’t right, wasn’t just, I still have that feeling. I won the fight. I believe that I won the fight. That doesn’t matter at this point, but still I have that feeling and I really think I can do better.”
Ngannou has not competed in MMA since defending his UFC heavyweight title against Ciryl Gane in January 2022.

Francis Ngannou will take on Anthony Joshua
The 37-year-old made his professional boxing debut in October, when he knocked down Tyson Fury before losing a close decision.
In his second pro boxing fight ever he will face former two-time champion and Olympic Gold medalist Anthony Joshua.
The British heavyweight stopped Sweden’s Otto Wallin in a massive headliner in Saudi Arabia on December 23.
