After losing a fantastic lightweight title bout against Katie Taylor in 2022, Amanda Serrano returns to defend her WBC, WBO, IBO, IBF, and The Ring featherweight titles as she faces WBA champion Erika Cruz.

On Saturday February 4, the pair will clash inside Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater for the undisputed champion status.

“This is a pivotal moment, not just for me and my own career but for my home island of Puerto Rico,” Serrano said about the fight. “Earning the opportunity to be an undisputed lineal champion is something most fighters only dream about, but becoming the first boxer from Puerto Rico to be an undisputed champion would make it even more special.”

The Puerto Rican world champion has a record of 43-2-1 with 30 wins via knockout. Her Mexican opponent Cruz record of 15-1, with three wins via knockout
