Undefeated Ian Garry set for top ranked opponent at UFC 296

UFC will end the year with a banger of fight card!

On December 16, UFC 296 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and so far the fight card features some of the promotion’s most interesting fighters.

In a recent Instagram post, Dana White announced another addition to the lineup as the undefeated welterweight Ian Machado Garry returns to action to take on No. 10 ranked Vicente Luque.

Ian Garry has a 13-0 record and became the Cage Warriors welterweight champion before signing with the UFC. In the world’s leading MMA promotion he defeated fighters like Neil Magny, Daniel Rodriguez and Song Kenan.

Current lineup for UFC 296 with Ian Garry

UFC 296 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The card is headlined by a massive welterweight title fight between reigning champion Leon Edwards and former interim champion Colby Covington.

In the co-main event we will see a flyweight title fight where Alexandre Pantoja makes his first title defense against Brandon Royval.
