UFC 281: Adesanya vs. Pereira – Full Fight Card, Start Time & How to Watch

On November 12, the UFC returns to New York’s classic Madison Square Garden for one of the most anticipated events of the autumn.

In the main event, middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will square off against his rival Alex Pereira, who holds two previous kickboxing wins over Adesanya.

“Beating him, that’s what matters. Like, the belt, fuck the belt. Just beating him, a killer like him, that’s what matters,” Adesanya recently said about the fight.

The fight will mark the champion’s sixth title defense since he unified the UFC middleweight championship at UFC 243 in October 2019.

Strawweight title fight

In the strawweight co-main event, two-time champion Carla Esparza will defend her strap against former champion Zhang Weili. Esparza won the title back in May when she defeated Rose Namajunas.

The main card also holds a featured fight between top ranked lightweights Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler. The winner of the exciting grudge match puts himself in a good position for a future title bout.

In the UFC 281 prelims we will see fan favorite Molly ”Meatball” McCann return to face Erin Blanchfield in a highly interesting women’s flyweight fight.
