Fight Club Rush 16 is scheduled for June third in Västerås and another exciting match up has now been added between Baysangur Makaev (1-1) of Allstars Training Center and Spain’s Theo Bashford (2-0).
As a friend and close training partner of UFC superstar Khamzat Chimaev, Makaevs reputation precedes him. Following an amateur win over Jakob Valegren in Brave CF Makaev made his pro debut against current Swedish star Samuel Bark at Wolf Fight Promotion 3. Despite a strong start to the fight Makaev would end up losing the fight by knockout.
After a year of trying to get a return fight Makaev faces Poland’s Pawel Szumlas sat FCR 14, putting on a stellar performance and earning a first round TKO win.
Bashford is a training partner of FCR star Enrique Hecher Sosa as well as a silver medalist in the 2019 Spanish Amateur MMA Championships. On top of that Bashford has competed in Road to ONE Championship and now holds a perfect 2-0 professional record with both wins coming by way of finish.

Current fight card for FCR 16
A few days back, the promotion announced that fan favorite Zoran Milic will return to clash with Rohulla Yousofi in a flyweight bout. The two were scheduled to fight in November, but the fight fell through due to an injury.
FCR 16 also features Stockholm’s Nabbe Malki who will take on the dangerous Ebrima Faal.
TV star and MMA fighter Liam Pitts will be back in the cage to test himself against Gothenburg’s Enes Ahmemulic. Pitts made his MMA debut at Fight Club Rush 11 in May last year.
