Khamzat Chimaev made a strong performance against Kevin Holland at UFC 279 on Saturday. In the post fight interview the fired up Swede said he is coming for everyone.
However, former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker seems to be one of the few fighters in the welterweight and middleweight division that “Borz” would rather not fight.
“I like that guy, so I don’t want to fight good guys. I need some bad guys, so I want to fight some bad guy, you know? And don’t feel sorry for that,” Chimaev said about Whittaker at the UFC 279 post-fight press conference.

“Borz” revealed the he would love to train with Whittaker and have nothing but good words for the former champion.
“I want to train with that guy. He’s really good, like one of the best guys in the world,” Chimaev said. “I was watching his fight. I’m a big fan, so I watch all things. I watch how he trains, and all these things. A lot of guys want to fight me, so Robert never said something bad about me. There’s a lot of guys talking shit about me. I’m gonna go take their heads off, you know? So, we’ll see.”
Robert “Bobby Knuckles” Whittaker last defeated Italian middleweight Marvin Vettori on September 3. He put on a massive performance and won the fight via unanimous decision.
