Sweden’s Patricia Berghult (17-1) is up for a championship fight next.
She will challenge WBC Interim super lightweight champion Chantelle Cameron (19-1) on November 2 in Birmingham.
”She is not an impossible opponent. It’s 50/50. It’s all about having my day,” Berghult told SVT Sport about the fight.
”I feel like I belong to the top. That’s where you want to box.”

The Swede previously held the WBC super welterweight title but lost to Natasha Jonas back in September 2022. Since then she’s only fought twice. Berghult returned on September 7, after 18 months out of action, to defeat Vaida Masiokaite (10-25-5) in a tune-up fight.
Cameron went 1-1 with boxing superstar Katie Taylor in 2023. After defeating Taylor in March she lost the rematch in November. In her 2024 return, Cameron beat Elhem Mekhaled to lay her hands on the WBC interim title.
Topping the November 2 bill are Liam Davies (16-0) and Shabaz Masoud (13-0) who will clash in an IBO title fight at super bantamweight.
