Swedish MMA prospect Alexander Lööf just took on Luke Riley in a featherweight scrap at Cage Warriors 160 in Manchester. Both fighters were undefeated going into the fight but only one fighter could keep his flawless record intact.

The tension was high in the arena when Lööf started the round with a heavy kick and a barrage of punches. The Swede pressured and landed a flying knee, but in the last minute of the round, Riley poured it on but Lööf was miraculously surviving.

In the second round, Lööf floored his opponent with a heavy punch and was close to finishing the fight on the ground. However, the Brit came back strong and landed an insane amount of punches in the last minute.

In the third round, Riley put pressure on the Swede and was able to land a barrage of punches that forced the referee to stop the fight.

Alexander Lööf is 5-1

With the loss, Lööf is 5-1 as a professional MMA fighter, but is in every way a winner as he delivered one of the most exciting and violent Cage Warriors bouts of the year.

The 24-year old Riley moved on to 8-0 as a professional fighter and puts himself in a good position to fight for the featherweight strap in a not so distant future.
