Samuel Bark Superior Challenge MMA

Right before the co-main event of Saturday’s Oktagon 39 event in Munich, multiple-time Muay Thai champion Samuel “Sammon Decker” Bark stepped back into the cage against the promotion’s lightweight champ Losene Keita.

Keita, who came into the bout with a perfect record of 9-0, proved to be too tough for Bark. The Swede landed several good leg kicks, but didn’t really manage to pull the trigger and let his hand go. Meanwhile, Belgium’s “Black Panther” kept constant pressure and was aggressive throughout the bout, before securing the TKO finish 30 seconds into the third round.

This was a none-title featherweight bout, and Keita now moves on in his quest for double champ status in Oktagon MMA.

Samuel Bark has kept most active among Swedish MMA pros

Bark now falls to 8-2 in his professional mixed martial arts career. Considered one of the top prospects in Sweden, he’s kept an incredible pace since making the switch to MMA and was coming into tonight’s bout with five wins in a row after accepting multiple bouts on short notice.

Perhaps, Bark would be wise to structure a proper training camp ahead of his next fight.
