This was one of the fights I looked forward to the most on and it surely didn’t fail to deliver.

The entertaining Sakhi “Machete” Qambari had promised a quick finish against Hama Dara and lived up to his words as he secured a tight leg lock that forced his opponent to tap in the first round.

After losing his pro debut in August 2022, “Machete” has evolved into a monster inside the cage. His three straight first-round submission wins in 2023 makes me stoked to see what he can pull off in 2024. Maybe it’s time to test his wings outside of Sweden?
