Former heavyweight boxing champions Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder will collide in what could be one of the absolute biggest boxing bouts of 2024. The fight will take place on March 9 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
That’s according to ESPN’s Mike Coppinger.
There is one catch however, both Joshua and Wilder are scheduled to face tough opponents on December 23. Joshua will face Joseph Parker while Joshua will take on Swedish heavyweight hope Otto Wallin.
According to Coppinger, both Joshua and Wilder need to win to keep the planned fight intact.

A fight between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder definitely has what it takes to be one of the biggest of 2024.
Joshua is a two-time former unified world heavyweight champion, having held the WBA (Super), IBF, and WBO belts twice between 2016 and 2021. During that reign he also held the IBO title twice.
Wilder held the WBC heavyweight title between 2015 and 2020, and defended it ten times. He lost the belt to Tyson Fury in February 2022.
