Fight’s off “Coward!” – This is why Tyson Fury changes his mind on upcoming mega-fight

Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury recently announced that Anthony Joshua missed his deadline to sign a contract to fight him on December 3. In a video posted on social media, Fury stated that A.J and won’t be his next opponent.

“Well, guys, it’s official. D-Day has come and gone. It’s gone past 5 o’clock Monday. No contract has been signed. It’s officially over for Joshua. He is now out in the cold, with the wolfpack. Forget about it. Idiot! Coward! Always knew he didn’t have the minerals to fight ‘The Gypsy King.’ Good luck with your career and your life. End of. Peace out.”

The boxers’ representatives reportedly met on Monday to agree on how the massive boxing bout would be broadcasted, since both Fury and Joshua are tied to different broadcasting companies. Apparently, no deal was set.

Tyson Fury wants to face Mahmoud Charr instead

Instead of facing the former heavyweight champion Joshua, “The Gipsy King” has now his mind set on defending his belt against 37-year-old contender Mahmoud Charr, The fight could possibly take place in Cardiff, Wales.

“Looking forward to fighting a man who wants to fight & has fire & desire. Fought some of the best fighters & now stepping up again! Get in there Charr,” Tyson Fury wrote on social media.

Even though “The Gipsy King” seemed to be happy facing Charr, it’s safe to say that there’s a lot of disappointed boxing fans out there who wanted nothing more than a clash between the British boxing giants Fury and Joshua.
