We just saw a women’s flyweight semifinal bout between Dakota Ditcheva and Cornelia “Conny Future” Holm at PFL Europe in Paris, France.

Holm pressured the Muay Thai fighter from the start, working against the cage and briefly got a takedown. The Swede neutralized Dakota during the whole first round, denying her space to throw.

Dakota landed a heavy right hand to start round two and controlled the majority of the round both on the ground and on the feet.

In the third round the undefeated Brit looked light on her feet. With two minutes left of the fight, Ditcheva dropped Holm from southpaw stance with a brutal left to the body and a glancing right hook to the head.

“Not surprised she went down to be honest,” Ditcheva said.
